Antique Firearms - Guns manufactured during or before 1898 may be purchased & shipped directly to the customer.

Modern Firearms - Must be received by a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL) where the final transfer to the buyer will be done. The customer is responsible to make arrangements with the FFL of their choice. If you need help finding a licensed dealer we are more than happy to help you find one. We must have a signed copy of the Dealers FFL on file before the item(s) can be shipped, please email or fax a signed copy of the FFL to us. Most gun shops, sporting goods shops, pawn shops & gunsmiths provide this service for a small fee, usually $20-$40.

Payment/Shipping - All Items are shipped UPS insured, all guns are expertly packed to prevent damage during shipping. All guns will be charged a $40 shipping fee at the time of checkout. Expedited shipments are available upon request. All antique items will be shipped signature required; modern firearms will be shipped to the customers chosen FFL dealer. We will notify you when your item(s) have been shipped & provide you with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery. We accept, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX, Money Orders, Cashier Check & Personal Checks held until cleared.

Return Policy – We want our customers to be happy with their purchase & with us. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a three day return policy (minus shipping charges) on all firearms. Prompt notification is required by telephone on any item to be returned. Notification must occur within the three day limit period. All returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.

Terms – All antiques & Vintage Guns are sold as is & are not guaranteed or warranted in any way to be safely loaded or fired. Customer accepts full responsibility of proper storage & proper handling of all firearms.
