Flat percussion lock 4 ¾” made by T. DAVIDSON & CO, CINCINNATI O. Tyler Davidson owned and managed the business from 1834-1866. Curly Maple stock of Ohio form with unusual high relief cheek piece, brass furniture and double set triggers. Sheet brass side plate with large piercing, trigger guard with large spur protruding from back of bow and long 2-7/8” nose cap. Very good condition overall, mechanically sound.
